I always get the protection because you never know what might happen. The Geek Squad is great!

When replacement parts are needed that are included in the protection plan. You must order yourself and send them all necessary information to receive a reimbursement. Very convoluted process for a simple fix. Needs optimizing.

Do a good job and I'd rather have the service and not need it then need it and not have it.

This is a good protection plan for a minimal cost. The factory warranty covers very little.

I usually buy extended warranties through best buy they come in handy on product warranties

Had an issue with TV, called in Geek squad came out to my home. Issue resolved.

i normally sont buy an extended warrenty, but this was too good of a value to pass up.

Hope that I never have to use it but you have to play it safe.

Quality of service not as good as past years. The online Geeks completely wiped out my data, email, etc. All while assuring me this would not happen during call for routine help during COVID-19 lock-down. After speaking with two supervisors and receiving numerous apologies, I took to the store when possible. Again, swapped out software but the Windows added is not the same as I ha d. Very disappointed and reluctant to have any laptop help via the GeekSquad now.

Better have it and not use it, than need it and not have it.
