I usually do not add any service protection to products I buy. This time I did. Best Buy offered a 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection: for $89.99. This seems very reasonable if anything should go wrong with my television once the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

You can’t go wrong when you go with Best Buy’s Geek Squad protection. No questions asked just fix my beautiful electronics every time and “Walla!!!” Like Brand Spanking New. Thank you Best Buy team.

5 week days to wait first tim then needed parts tell that after 3 days then another 5 days for a tv when the troubles is over for this tv i wont buy nothing from best buy maybe 30 miles away is too much for a store and geek squad leaves a lot to be desired i bougt the same tv thru amazon i should of kept it

Seems I always get Geek Squad warranty n never need it but it’s better to get it n hav it n not need it than to not get it n then need it Better to b safe than sorry

Customer was amazing. My tv would no longer power on. The geek squad agent quickly and thoroughly looked for replacement. Parts we're no longer available. He was offer a full refund for the TV or replace it for something of a similar value. This was all a matter of 5 days. Very happy with the service.

Warranty is great to have. Replaced my TV that went out.I have had two TV’s replaced with the extended warranty. Just make sure they take the old TV with them.

I havent used it but it does offer peace of mind knowing im covered.

My TV I purchased gave me fateful service for five years. I was one month away from my BB protection plan expiring when I began to experience dead pixels across half of the TV's screen. I contacted Geek Squad by phone and they coordinated to have a new TV sent out ASAP. Received the new unit within five days. And they hauled the old one away for me too. As long as this new TV lasts me another five years, I'll be set!

Always buy the warranty with electronics. I regret buying this Roku tv and will buy a better brand next time.

If you purchase a OLED tv I would highly recommend purchasing from Best Buy along with the geek squad protection. I purchased the 5 year plan. The cost was fair.
