Literally the worst customer service ever. Delivery and install of TV was set for 9/17 between 10-1. Called at 10:45 to say they weren't coming, but could come 9/22 between 10-1, so took the morning off to be here for install. Then got a text at 1:19AM to day that now my appointment was changed and they'd be here 12-8PM today. Tried calling and person on phone barely spoke English.

Great protection plan for.a very expensive investment.

This is a great service for the person who is not tech savvy to have.

Haven't had to use the geek squad for anything yet but its good to know that they are there if I need them .

The Geek Squard Warranty is great. I had a tv under the Greek Squard and it went out iaftet 4 1/2 years and they replaced the tv. That is with no grestions asked.

Great group, no complaints. Fixed my computer problem soon and proficiently.

Decided to buy the coverage when I replaced a Samsung TV that needed a new panel after only 19 mo.

Tv was just droped off nothing else.. have to get help installing it myself .. but happy i had the extended warranty cause tv was only a few years old

It’s good to have the peace of mind. I’m glad they let me get the same protection for a display tv as if it were new in case it goes bad early due to heavy initial use at the store.

It's been worth buying every single time. I do not make a purchase without it unless it is just not offered.
