This service is great. It relieves a lot of stress in maintaining your electronics

Had minor technical issues which employees helped me with over phone. Happy to say that I didn't need any major issues with my equipment

Wanted to make sure I was covered incase anything happened to my new tv only has a year warranty

I love bestbuy warranties they are the best when it comes to having issues and getting you a new one :)

If you use all the perks or not at least they are available.

Geek squad is very friendly and easy to talk to. They will walk you through any problems you have and help you out however they can.

Not much to say, the 2 year protection is great, covers everything needed to take your mind off of worrying!

since I bought a Samsung 70in tv that sucks I am at ease knowing the additional 2 year warranty covers it

So far we haven’t had to use it, but the contract sounds really good. If anything was to happen to my product it would most likely be covered

Love geek squad service alway there when I have questions and need help setting up my devices.

I didn't want to buy it because I was already spending a lot, but it's worth it for as soon as something goes wrong with your new expensive electronic!

Haven't needed them yet for my TV but they were great when I bought my computer and needed them. I know it will be the same if problems occur with my TV.

I almost always purchase the Protection plan. The "Geek Squad" protection is the one I prefer. Knowledgeable staff, prompt service. Great people to deal with.

I am super happy with the Geek Squad and their convenience and quality of expedient professional work.
