The techs who mounted the equipment very efficiently and knowledgeable. Called the night before to confirm appointment and were very timely. Observed Covid-19 protocols.

Always worth it to get the protection plan. Bestbuy makes it so easy.

The agents helped me setup my television, the gents were very helpful and professional.

This purchase has given me peace of mind. They helped with questions I had with the setup of my TV and will be available for troubleshooting and repair long after the TV warranty has expired.

When my TV broke the Geek Squad was there for me very quickly and they were extremely helpful. I normally don't get department store warranties but with Best buy they stand behind their products

We love the Geek Squad! I damaged my husband's computer with liquid & although they couldn't save the computer, the Geek Squad recovered much of our history

Can’t pass it up for the price. Now if anything happens to it. It can get fixed or replaced by Best Buy. Pluse they come to me with it being a 50 inch tv

Haven't used Geek Squad yet, but the warranty is better than the other ones available elsewhere online, cheaper, and for 5 years instead of 4.

The tv works great! It has a very good selection of streaming video apps. The on,y drawback I found is the remote. It doesn’t have any number buttons. So if you have to go from channel 4 to 24, you have to press the up button 20 times!

The geek squad are fantastic!! My husband and I had the best team come to our home. They were very knowledgeable about their products and which would work great for our tv installation.

I have not yet had to use it however I was very satisfied with the price of the warranty. I have used Geek Squad in the past and was very satisfied with their service and professionalism

But overall thank you to the Geek squad online customer service team.

I would recommend Geek squad warranties on anything expensive. a few hundred dollars saved me over a thousand dollars in replacement costs.
