Good idea to get the warranty. Samsung has a tendency to get a vertical dark are on the screen.

I didn't have the Geek Squad to come out for this product but I have used them before and I was very pleased with the service.

It is wonderful knowing I have protection and support from Best Buy especially with a toddler in the house that breaks everything.

Two year warranty for $99 on a TV that I paid $750 for isn't a bad deal, especially for peace of mind

great protection 5 years on a TV! Can't go wrong with it most TVs last 3 to 5 years this pkan probably will get me a new one in 4 years

The TV I had the panel was bad and the plan was worth the cost

I had an issue with my sons laptop and took it to them. They took care of my issue quickly. They are very good at what they do.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

Purchased this with the new 85” Samsung TV. Hopefully we will never use it but Best Buy stands behind there products they sell.

Best investment I could've made. Last tv went out after 3 years ( LG TV ) and with protection got $530 off my new 75 in Samsung.

I never had to use the program but it feels so good to have the comfort of knowing it is there if I were to ever need it.

I hate purchasing extended warranties but today it's a 50/50 shot with electronics. This was a big purchase so I sucked it up and got it.

Great to have just in case anything happens to your products. Haven't had to use but gives ya the peace of mind if you need to.
