After moving I needed tv mounted instead of sitting on a cabinet. The service was told to me to be covered under my geek squad warranty but then a tech showed up to “repair” my tv. He then got the mounting service rescheduled a few days later. Although there was some difficulty caused by miscommunication w/Best Buy Customer Service, tv was mounted.

When I purchased my LG TV from Best Buy, I was more than pleased to find the excellent service contract that was available, and for such an affordable price. I chose to set up the TV by myself. These guys delivered the products in good condition, did not play around, asked if we had any questions, answered a few, thanked us and left. Based on what I have seen so far, I don't have any worries about Best Buy follow-up.

I was a fool for not buying this service before so i made sure that I did so this time. Eventhough my TV is rated well in quality and lifespan you just never know

The Geek Squad protection plan is the best money can buy. It will certainly pay for itself if you need it. Nothing will last forever, but the protection will be there for you. Don't hesitate to get the protection.

Best Help EVER!! Thanks geek squad for all the help! They are great and always willing to help. They offer great service and come to your home if needed. No need to take your products to them if there large. They know what there doing & akways find a solution. No hesitations to get the protection anytime its really worth it!

This is a must have if you use your TV daily! I replaced my TV with a small cost to upgrade and include the new protection. I will always purchase this with all the TV's I intend to use daily.

Seems like a good service. Covers most of what the manufacturer's warranty too. Not a bad price for what you should be able to get out of it.
