Bought ins for 40 inch tv and am happy and have the feeling of being safe.

I recently filed an in-store claim for my Xbox controller on the 19th December 2020. The geek squad agents refused to issue me a replacement instead the told me they had to order me a new controller. The estimate completion date was the 24th December 2020. I received the replacement on the 29 December 2020. The controller I received was an incorrect model and it was a used/damaged controller. I called geek squad in regards to my issue. The agents hanged up on me five times, put me on hold six times transferred me seven times and after three hours of frustration on the phone I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold for 45 minutes. After three hours 45 minutes of trying to get help or speak to a supervisor I finally gave up. Best Buy replaced my broken controller with a broken controller. Customer support is improperly trained and there is no accountability. The disrespect I had to endure dealing with GeekSquad was nerve recking. I would never recommend Best Buy protection plans to my worst enemy.

Warranty is worth it when buying electronics. Never know what may go wrong

I purchased the warranty for my new tv. Haven't had to use it but thought a good item due to the cost of the item.
