Can't go wrong. The protection program is a must for anybody spending more than $200. I use geek squad protection once in the 10 years I have shopped at Best Buy and it has paid for itself even for that length of time. The two-year geek squad protection plan, in my opinion is a smart move, even "a must". TY. GmanC

This has saved us so much money. They mounted my 75" TV and there was no way I was doing that for $50. We also had an issue with a MAC at the house and they remoted in and took care of us. Great job and worth the money by far.

I always buy the protection plan for major appliances it comes in handy I replaced the a 65 inch Vizio that stopped working right before the warranty ran out

They replace the fridge without an issue but I lost food twice and sent li the form twice never was reimbursed. Talked to different mangers they even said they woukd send it and still never was reimbursed. So as far as that it fake and they wont reimbursed fir the food. All my lobster, dhrimp and steak never replaced 2 times. So dont wate your time filling ut iut becwuse that part is like scam.

I am so glad I add the warranty, to know my tv is covered gives me an added bonus to my new purchase.

Always buy the longest protection plan they have. If your TV gives you any problem they will replace harass free if they can't fix it.

Glad to know I have added security just in case! Hoping I don't need to use it but glad it is there. I had some appliances short out after a huge thunderstorm and didn't have coverage on any of those items. Better to be safe than sorry!

I but the protection on larger itiems and glad we did. Our $2,200 Sharp TV and a problem and they refunded the entire purchase price 2 years into the contract and we were able to purchase a newer, better TV. There was no hassle involved. Good to have with major electronic or appliance purchases, worth the extra cost.

We had an issue with sound on our Toshiba Fire T.V. and the tech who came to replace mother board was so great. Protection is always needed no matter what you buy. You just never know

i haven't used the service but since I bought my Mom a new flat screen tv for Christmas I thought it was a good idea. If the tv is over a certain size they come to the house to service it

Got this 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection for a TV. I have kids, so you never know what will happen.... seeing how they broke the last TV that was over 10 years old where this one was going in at. Gotta be prepared.

I have not actually had to use the geek squad protection for this item, but Best Buy has one of the best warranty programs in the industry. They truly do protect the products you buy from them and if you have an issue do not make you feel like an idiot.

The last Protection plan I purchased covered Geek Squad analyzing my tv after three years and decided it was unrepairable. I was able to get a full replacement. Geek Squad protection is worth the added cost.

It's when you think that nothing will happen with my purchase, suddenly something happens ans you wished you would have added protection. ALWAYS GET GEEK SQUAD!!

I think it is a 50/50 thing when it comes to warranty and Geek squad. The tv is expensive under a good discount. Getting a warranty is not a bad idea. Seriously what if…! Just like to be on the safe side.

Whenever anything goes wrong with a product, this plan definitely comes in handy! Not many of my purchases end up without this plan! The service desk is always understanding, and always willing to do whatever they can to take care of their members.
