I am not so please with Geek Squad. The last time I brought my computer in for service, I was totally dissatisfied.

As I have said before, get the protection plan! Huge convenience factor if you need it! Best Buy. And great geek squad service!

I highly recommend getting protection on all electronics especially TV’s the Geek Squad has been out for my TV on three different occasions and the tv is less than a year old. They been great to work with! Can’t say much for the Samsung tv tho!

Havent had to Use it yet, but was very cheap for only 2 years. Have used geeksquad before and they work fast.

If you purchase anything electronic do yourself a favor buy a protection plan & save yourself the trouble. Geek Squad does a great job & you will definitely be worry free. Must buy.

You know why I’m here. Protection plans cover a lot of things for longer periods of time & easier to swap out or repair

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

Got the protection plan to protect a product. Hopefully will never need but have just in case

It was great, got my Tv replaced no problems. Sad i had to use it but overall it was fine. Got an even better TV in my opinion

This is a must buy with any television. To my knowledge you must buy the 5 yr in order to be eligible for renewal. But I could be wrong.

Pretty sure won’t use it but it’s good to have the warranty just in case. You never know

Outstanding warranty. Covets just about anything that could go wrong. Covets from power surges to accidental mishaps
