I had a laptop that went out in 14 months good thing I put the insurance best buy fixed it at no cost it's worth it

The Geeks were great! Informative and walked us through the process. They were on time. They called our cell and were excellent communicators.

Got this with a tv. They came out and tested it when the screen went black. Replaced the tv immediately.

Peace of mind is a nice thing. With protection i can enjoy my TV to the fullest without worrying like a helicopter parent.

I bought a 5 year protection plan for my tv and the price was affordable. Now I don’t have to worry about buying a new tv or replacing it every thanksgiving.

This is one of those purchases you make hoping you never need it. And with the quality of Samsung, I do not expect to. But it is pretty cheap insurance.

Have not had to use the warranty yet since we just recently bought the TV. It was so inexpensive it didn't make sense not to buy it. Great value and I'm sure the service from the Geek Squad will be amazing!

When ever I make a large purchase I always get the 5-year Geek Squad protection plan. It has come in handy a few times and well worth the price.

TV was great! The one it replaced literally died 3 days past the warranty. I purchased a five year plan.

It was awesome they came out and set up the new computer and showed my son how to use it properly and how to stay away from viruses

They are very helpful and professional. We had the install our tv and soundbar. Did a great job. There was an issue that crept up and we were able to schedule a reinstall with no problems.

The remote ability to fix my TV and the in house installation as well as previous visits in store with computer ended up with all fixes with courteous, professional and timely service.
