I have used Geek Squad in the past so I utilized them without hesitation. Their agents are knowledgeable, considerate and respectful. The are patient and explained everything to me in a clear fashion.

Have used Geek Squad before with great results. Hope I don’t need this but it gives piece of mind to know you have a resource to get fixed if needed.

I love my t.v. I want shop anywhere else for my electronics and more.

been almost a year so far with no issue, bought the protection plan just for back up, hopefully never need to use it.

I haven't had to use the repair service, but I like having a little extra insurance while my TV is "new". In the past I had to have a TV replaced and was able to do so with this service. Highly recommend.

Got this tv through the app and it was very easy to Pick up as well. Quality is great and colors arr amazing.

O really like this service on all my appliances. A must have to protect any Tv over 5000 and for all your appliances. Have had only good experience when I have used it!

I bought the Geek Squad service plan for my new Insignia 55" 4K Roku TV. Modern electronics don't seem to last as long as they used to (the TV that this one replaced was a Panasonic 32" that served me well for 15 years). Hope I won't have to use it, but I thought it was reasonable insurance.

This is not our 1st Geek Squad insurance. It has certainly been the thing to do. Happy to have this.

I bought 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for a Hisense TV. The tv had a manufacture warranty for 2 years. I started having issues with the TV as soon as it got outside of the warranty. Hisense said they couldn’t help so I called Best Buy to see about my Geek Squad Protection, the rep told me it ran concurrently with my manufacturer warranty from Hisense. So I’m not only out the money for a defective TV, I’m out $120 for GSP that didn’t start after my manufacturer’s warranty ended.

The Geek Squad gentleman was very polite about why he could not fix my broken television.

Had a dent in our new refrigerator and when we called the agent was able to compensate us for the damage. We ended up using the extra funds towards a new 55in TV. Thank you.

Geek squad is very professional about broken or damaged items when you have protection on them. Anything can go wrong, and typically it’s not even your fault! Sometimes life just happens and bam, you lose $400 because you didn’t pay the extra $20 for protection. Don’t be that guy.

Yes!! great job. Came into my Home Theater room, looked it over with me and my Dream became a reality !!!!!!!
