If you buy a Samsung TV you better buy this, their customer service sucks even if you are right outside the warranty...I mean days...not months...buy the Geek Squad warranty...just do it

Best buy has the warranty Geek Squad. Haven't had to use them yet. But in the past on a receiver I bought had some issues several times so they gave me a new one. Great customer service.

Geek squad is great for repairing your products as well as setting up your home with ethernet and cabling locations if needed.

It was kinda pricey, but worth the piece of mind if you have issues with your device they replace it.

Thus warranty is peace of mind. You never experience hard time when your product is broken because this warranty covers most of your needs.

I love bestbuy's plans to have everything protected and at low cost, without comparison! Awesome service to protect your tech! They cover everything!!

Insurance for an investment. Can't beat the value of what you get. Haven't used it yet but coworker had to use it on a TV and after getting a lemon TV, BB gave him a newer and better TV that he had paid for.

I purchased this protection plan because I’ve had issues with other items in the past that I regretted not getting it. Used it once and it was worth it.

I don't usually buy the protection plans on items that I purchase, however when I bought my 3-D TV, I did. Now I'm glad I did as my TV has a sound problem, and It will be fixed at no charge to me
