I like the Geek Squad protection for my TV. Nice to know I have extra help

I purchase protection plans with all of my Best Buy purchases because repairs are so easy and the customer service is amazing. When my item wasn't able to be repaired, I was given a credit to purchase a new one.

It’s ok ,works for me geek squad. Worked on my tablet for and get it back on the day that was it was going to be ready

Geek squad personnel were great. I was disappointed that it took a week to get the TV delivered. That doesn’t seem reasonable. Just poor management.
