Great has taken care of several computers and phones but noty 40 inch tv.

The warranty extended is bestbuy fast fix or replaced with new one

After needing my TV repaired, BB decided they couldn't fix my TV and sent me on a hunt thru the store to get a new one! TVs are made cheap and meant to break now, these warranties pay for themselves!!

Sometimes products break and guests and their kids can destroy these products. So I thought I might as well get the protection.

Super happy I purchased this protection. The Geek squad is always on point. Hopefully I won't have to use it, but gives me peace of mind.

If the geek squad protection is as good as the replacement warranty this will be great.

Knock on wood, but I didn't need it yet. Great for an extra piece of mind for higher end electronics and better than the manufacturers warranty. Would recommend this investment to everyone.

I bought a tv somewhere else without a Warranty and after the year went by it started to mess up, now I get it all the time. Bestbuy makes it easier to get a replacement.

Never buy anything without the warranty anymore. The piece of mind that if something breaks I can just bring it in and get a new product.

With technology it is always a good idea to be prepared for if something goes wrong I would rather have and never use it because if you don't get with the purchase you can't get it later
