Protection for Your TV. Better to have than not have when you need it.

I use Geek Squad for my work laptop and now we have support on the new LG TV we just purchased. Great Service and Support.

The agent was very helpful when trying to decide if I should purchase the tv.

Geek squad service is a hit or miss depending on the person who handles your case but generally it is good and to me it worth the money.

I buy these plans hoping I'll never need them but its nice to have some peace of mind if something were to happen.

HOPEFULLY I WON'T NEED TO USE THIS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, BUT IT'S WORTH IT

So I bought the warranty for my 40 inch TCL on October of 2023. I called in cause I had a ghost image and I couldn't get any thing for local channels to work on this Tv and I tried 4 of them. So I called in and they said I had to bring it in or they could charge me to send repair out for service. I had a warranty that said you would never be charged?? So I just had shoulder surgery in May. It didn't go well and now in 2 weeks I am about to have my second surgery on my shoulder. I am older in my 60S. I brought the Tv in and the gentle said I wasn't supposed to bring it in. I would have to take it home and they would charge me. I have a warranty. I told my problem. Then he said he would check if they could replace it for me. Then he came back and said he would have to send it out for repair and it would be more than 2 weeks. I am having surgery and really need to have my Tv. I have always made Best Buy my first stop with TVs. I am going to replace my Tv in living room soon. But I am disappointed that not if I get my Tv I won't be able to install on wall with one arm. Just very disappointed with the overall process. I was hoping for a better outcome.

Love this tv Everything I was looking for at a great price.

Considering the price of a TV this is a great deal to cover it for 5 years.

The installation was quick and done very well, I will definitely let them do it again.

It’s a great thing to have for whenever something goes wrong or is in need of replacement
