Tv works well! High quality and good picture! Good buy !

My last TV died after 2 years. So with my new 75” Samsung tv purchase, I had to get the 5 year protection. Best Buy gave me a deal on the service plan to ensure I was covered. It is a lot but cheaper than buying a new TV.

i thing those kind of warranty extensions are always useful..my tv burned at house at fire i could not get money back but, they refund the money from protection ..not full amount but for one year usage i did get $75 back..fine

Good to know stuff will be protected for a while past the factory warranty.

Certainly hope this will not be needed, but good to know it was available at a reasonable price. It’s a good insurance policy to keep my new TV in perfect working condition.

the geek squad did such a job and explained in détail everything that i feel like a "GEEK"!!!

If you purchase a tv please by the five year protection to cover it. For five years your tv will be covered if it stop working for some reason. It keep you from having to buy a new one.

I never buy anything without the Geek squad protection even though I am a long time member of Total Tech Support. I like having the security of making one call to fix any problem.

Great plan had it for over a year and havent had touse it yet i am glad i invested in it

Everyproblem from loading, interface, distortions, dropouts have been dealt with quickly and efficiently be the Geek squad. Mostly over the phone, but once or tice at Best Buy. These people know what they are doing and are worth the investment.

Love geek squad and thankfully i had program. Tv i had for year and a half went bad and they replaced it in one day.

As you may know, Simply, GET IT! For a small (relatively) fee, this can save you from having to, at the least, wait for an eternity to get your phone back! Just fix/replace it.

Have never had an issue with Geek Squad to help me with any issues regarding the products I had purchased the plan for. You can’t go wrong purchasing the protection plans.

A must have investment on all BB products, electronics, wearables etc. Without that, you should order from Staples or other brands. The beauty of BB is Geek Squad.

I have not had to use my protection plan as of yet. I haven’t needed to with any product I’ve bought from Best Buy. I’ve heard great reviews about the replacement plan though.

I bought a new LG tv and got the 5 year geek squad protection plan for ease of mind. I didn’t do it on my last tv and regretted it as it died after the manufacture warranty. This time if anything does happen I’ll be covered.
