WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM THE GEEK SQUAD FIXES MY ITEM. THEY EXPLAIN WHAT WAS WRONG AND WHAT THEY HAD DONE TO FIX PROBLEM.

Bought this just in case something goes wrong with my new tv. Last one went bad less than two years after I bought it.

I have always gotten warrants for all of my purchases and it is totally worth it even thought its a little extra money

We always get the geek 5 year plan on big ticket items. It gives us peace of mind on the repairs.

The program is always a good investment on buying things Unfortunately they only give you 15 days sometime too pay it off where I really do believe it should be at least one month otherwise they do what they need

bought with LG OLED CX 55" TV. Have not had to use it but purchased it because my older LG B6P 55" TV had burn-in and had to get the panel replaced. I had warranty through Amazon which was useless but luckily for me LG covered it under warranty because it was under 3 years from purchase date. Did not want to take the gamble this time around so purchased Best Buy's warranty which will replace the TV if they cant fix.

Good to have a warranty in case of pixel issues or backlight.

Money well spent to have a five year protection plan on expensive equipment. It's like insurance to cover those items you can't afford to lose.
