The Geek Squad is a reliable service. I’ve used them before in the past, and they’ve most always fixed my issues.

Warranties at Best Buy are the best. They are so easy to get things fixed or replaced. A lot better then others out there.

The geek squad is good though I never used it I did purchase geek squad with my television in October 2021.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

This is a no brainer get it if you have a new smart TV. I got it with my 65" fire TV. For the price was perfect for 5 years.

Signing up for geek squad has been a concern lifted from my shoulders. Gone are the days of worrying if my product might go out right after I buy it! Thanks BestBuy!

The warranty is great for a piece of mind just in case something goes wrong and Best Buy's customer service has always been awesome!

You can never have enough insurance. Always get the 2 or more years insurance options. Warranties last only a year, mostly. Anything man-made is bound to be fallible.

Haven’t used the Protection Plan. But it was in my Best Interest to have this Plan never know what may happen and It’s a Good Plan that Covers some “MAJOR” Problems.

My beautiful tv was handled with great care and I love it.
