I had a 4.75 year old TV that died, it was not repairable but had a5 year service plan... Contacted BB Geek Squad, once determined status they put me in touch with a different team, in about 15 minutes they settled for the total cost of the broken TV (less service plan cost). I used that money too heavily discount the replacement TV. Very happy with the whole experience.

When I invest in a big-screen tv, I want to protect my investment! That's why I always buy a Geek Squad Protection Plan! I've needed to use the warranties on several occasions, and the experience was very satisfactory. Sometimes they replaced the item, refunded the purchase price, or repaired the item. I actually have a 3 1/2 year old blu ray player in the Geek Squad shop right now--under a 4-year extended warranty that I purchased for the item! This time they are repairing it, but that's fine with me. It's so nice that after using it for 3 1/2 years, now that it's not working my extended warranty is kicking in and more than paying for itself!!!

They really set up my entertainment equipment very professionally and quickly too.

The tech was very friendly and very helpful. Wish more places were the same.

Geek Squad services are always hassle-free, I never buy anything and don't attach a plan if its available, cause you never know. I also love I don't have to deal with a third party

Great to have this just in case something goes wrong. I bout it and the one time I used it my tv died got money back. I forgot about the warranty I had but got an email to renew or it will expire!! That’s how I got $$ back! Just for that reason alone I bought another warranty!

They were booked out a month, but with things being the way they are these days, I understand. I needed their help to finish setting up our TV. I was so glad we bought the coverage! The way electronics are built these days, I always opt in for the insurance. The tech was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable! I only wish they had more knowledgeable customer/phone support. My issue probably could have been solved over the phone.

Im glad i got the geek squad protection im not the best with technology.

I bought an open box tv. All my purchases at best buy are made with the 5 year warranty. Best bargain by far in this inflation climate we are Experiencing.

So far haven’t had to use it but good to know I’m covered
