Great protection for my 4K TV, give me a piece of mind. I am glad i purchased it.

Don’t take any chances without this service . I’ve used it now for about 8 years . You never know when you might have have a serious or emergency issue.

Best investment anyone can make. Gives to a piece of mind knowing if something goes wrong the geek squad will be there to help.

I Always feel more secure when Geek Squad has my back. We have used their services a number of times and I won't purchase most electronics without the protection.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

Well worth the price and freedom of mind that you are covered, got it for my last TV that died and everything was covered and taken care of.

We hope to never use this service but the price made sense for 5 years of protection especially since the TV we were replacing was only 4 years old.

Purchased with new Samsung 43" LED TV. Worth the money since the TV died after 2 1/2 years. Geek Squad service/diagnosis and replacement was easy.

As per the customer representative this ain't a bad deal and hope that all that is included will pay off at the end of I need to use geek squad.

The fact i never had to use the geek squad services says it all. The product holds up
