I have had geek squad before on other computers and pleased with their service and quickness and fixed my issues too

Thankfully we haven’t had to use this yet. I do feel so much better knowing that if something goes wrong with our purchase- we will get the help we need.

The agents mounted my television and connected all my devices. Additionally, they very patiently and professionally showed me how to access my various devices.

You need this Protection, the warranty offered at Best Buy is not as expensive as in other places. When you compare Sear and other competitors the warranty is about 20% of product instead of the 50 to 60 % others charge

I got this for my 70in LG tv that I love. I haven't used the Geek squad yet. Which is great but glad to know they'll be there if I need them.

Tv has been great but knowing I have a warranty in case it has problems is great to know. I have never had a problem with their warranty

I have only once not buy the warranty and that one time I didn’t the tv starting having issues! The other 3 times I got the warranty I have not needed to use it yet! It’s worth it just in case!

I did not get my LG TV monitor on my wall I just went to Bestbuy and purchase a nice TV Bestbuy had a really good sale on different brands of TV to choose from

I always get the protection plans for my large price purchases.I have used the protection plan on my televisions before and best buy scheduled and sent a repairman and if it couldn't be fixed they replaced it.

Easy to install and Great quality ,best Price for excellent product

Great if you need to use it but if not, then throwing money away. Be selective on what you pay extended warranty for.

Have used Geek Squad before with great results. Hope I don’t need this but it gives piece of mind to know you have a resource to get fixed if needed.

I bought this Geek Squad protection one year ago. For a tv/dvd that cost $150 I got 5 years protection for $30. This year I bought a tv/dvd that cost $300 and got 2 years protection for $40. Wow, did the price go up! Althought I got a better price for this purchase I can not recommend this product at this years cost.

I like to get the geek squad warranty with tvs because if something happens, they will come out and fix it. 180 bucks is a little expensive but if you split it up over 5 years, it's really not bad. I believe it is worth it to get.
