Love that I get the protection I Need comes in handy for the times that I have broken my device

I usually always get the warranty because things go wrong. Have used several Geek Squad warranties and am satisfied with the adjustments: I walk out of the store with a new product!

Who wouldn't buy additional protection? I've always done it and it has worked for me. For some, it may be a waste of money, but when you need it, people regret it. I rather regret now then later.

It’s basically an extended warranty. You may never need it but if something happens or anything breaks it’s nice to have coverage.

The 2 guys from Geek Squad were really professional and competent when installing the 65” tv and wall bracket. They set up all the WiFi, Bluetooth and cable connections perfectly. Thanks!

I CONSIDER THAT THE WARRANTY EXTENSION OFFERED FOR 5 YEARS FOR TV IS A VERY GOOD BENEFIT FOR THE CUSTOMER THAT MEANS A PLUS IN THE SERVICE

I purchased last years Sony 4K which was basically powered up for over a year. The 5 year warranty was a must just in case it decides it's had enough life! We'll see if Best Buy stands behind it's warranty!

After my computer suffered a little accident the geek squad was there to fix the problem and it was easy to solve the problem.

Don't ever buy product without geek squad protection. Anything ever goes wrong beefy buy will have it repaired and returned in 10 days. If cannot be repaired they will replace it with a new one

I was allowed to exchange my television; however, I was not happy with the policy for larger televisions. Customer service insisted that a technician would come to my home to check to see what was wrong. I have a choose as to who I allow into my home and I did not appreciate feeling pressured to allow them to come. I requested a refund because they were unrelenting.

Buying any TV over $1000 now days this is a must have. With 8.3 pixels you'd be surprised how often 5 or more pixels will go bad over 5 years.

I love Samsung. Great tv, great deal. And once we figured out that we needed to use a new HDMI cord, we were good to go. Thankful for the service rep who helped us get it straightened out. Love the quality.

Colors and contrast are amazing. Dimming zones are really good. Did turn off on me a few times and had to be reset. No issues since connecting an appleTV to it.
