Even though I yet to use this protection plan, just to have it in place is very comforting just in case I have to use it.

We have always purchased Sony from Best Buy and our experience has always been great. Geek Squad warranty for a mounted tv is a must if you don't want the hassle of having to take your tv off the wall if you have issues. They come to you!!!

The agents called me on the day of delivery to see if it was possible to come earlier in the day. they arrived when they said they would and mounted and connected everything.

I have used the geek squad for years On the tv instalation I had to have your guy come out a second time and fixed the problem your sup contractor did

On larger purchases, almost always purchase the extended warranty. Geek Squad and Best Buy are great to work with, as long as it's all under warranty.

Always get the extended warranty for any product of value. I always purchase extended warranties through best buy and never had an issue yet. Anything best buy couldn't fix or handle they just offered me a new replacement of similar or more.

Purchased this with our TV to give us peace of mind if something happened to the TV

We had Geek squad extended warranty on our last television and because we had it and the tv failed we got credit for a new one. That is why we bought it on this new TV.

Well they don't do the 5 year plan anymore would like it back.
