Trying to get Geek Squad here at my home was near impossible. Three months before I got service. I wrote the CEO, and many people trying to get my Sony TV repaired under warranty. Nobody Seemed to care. I started with the store and was told that I, a 65 year old man, had to bring a 65” TV two hours to the nearest store. I went through the chain of command and was met with indifference from all. I called the store again, after nearly three months, and the person I spoke to, finally took care of me. After just a week, I had someone come out and attempt a repair that failed. They cared, and suggested the TV be replaced. It was! The moral of the story is, if you have a problem, deal with the store, try different people at the store. They took care of me. After three months, I had a new TV. Geek Squad finally took care of my issue.

I had a difficult time getting someone out to my house to fix my new TV. But when the geek squad came out he was fast and friendly.

I always recommend purchasing the warranty through Best Buy on any electronics. They are great about taking care of malfuntions.

Have not had to use this service yet but glad it’s there when I need it!

Just this coverage does not cover breakage to device itself only internal system.

If you're going to spend this much on the TV you might as well get one! I've had TVs break on me and they're not cheap to fix.
