Good old geek squad protection! Mostly am pleased with the support at best buy locations. Of course, it can vary from store to store, like any business. No support network is perfect, but it is nice to have this to backup your devices!

5 years coverage! What more needs to be said? Totally worth it.

Geek squad Plans are OK but kind of expensive and your refund will only be in Best Buy gift cards

I have always bought the Best Buy protection and I haven't always had to use it. When I did it was easy and I was satisfied.

I took the protection plan. I have not neded it yet but I am glad they have available

Must get with any appliance purchase! It will help save you money.
