I have not used the geek squad for my new tv and hope I do not need to but I have used them for a laptop in the past and was very pleased with their help.

Buying new technology seems to come with some risk and a $2500 TV is not something I was willing to risk. The extended warranty gives me piece of mind knowing that if something breaks, Best Buy will take care of it for me.

You can't not have a plan and this is a really long one to last through the years. Comes with the systems hardware malfunctioning on its own, but at 5 years, it's a necessary purchased for well cared for, and pricey, purchases.

So far I have not used them for this product. But I have used them before and yhe service was good. But it is just as a back up to buy the 5 year protection just in case.

I purchased the 2 year protection plan for my 42inch Insignia fire tv. I really hope I dont have to use it, but it makes me feel better to have it.

Love LG TV's! I bought a Samsung before as a floor model and I'll pay the extra for LG from now on. The picture is crisp and clean.
