Bought the protection plan with my TV back in 2017. The picture on the TV started to go with only a couple months left on the protection plan. Contacted GeekSquad and they diagnosed the issue and replaced my TV. I got credited for the TV I bought in 2017 and they waved the delivery and haul away charges, which allowed me to afford to upgrade my TV because all I had to pay was the difference. Highly recommended.

It never hurts to go the extra mile to have some insurance in case something goes wrong. This purchase gave me peace of mind and the value was inexpensive as well.

My screen quit working and Best Buy had someone out here to diagnose it and a new TV delivered within a week. Definitely worth the investment for the peace of mind, but the service was much better than I expected going into using it. I’d recommend it and bought it a second time myself with the new TV.

I can always count on bestbuys protection plan to take care of my devices. Ive used it a few times on other products and man, that small fee is worth it!

Very reasonably priced warranty that I hope I don't have to use but is a good piece of mind for expensive items

I purchased the five-year protection plan on our old TV 4 1/2 years ago. With only six months left on the plan, the old TV started losing its connection to the internet and the menus began malfunctioning and didn't respond as intended. After attempting to repair the old TV without success, Geek Squad honored the plan and refunded every dime of the purchase price and also the plan price. How do you beat that? No wonder their Number ONE in customer service and support! Needless to say, I bought a new TV with a new five-years plan.

While I haven’t had to use the warranty yet, they’ve never failed me on the few past issues I did have with other warranties.

I purchased the five year warranty in case of future problems. I haven’t had any issues so I can’t comment on the service. It’s good to know you have it just in case something happens.

Best Buy warranty used to be better but with what they still offer can’t go wrong with a warranty.

Our first TV has multiple programs; Best Buy told us we could return it and come in and choose a new TV. TV problems was NOT Best Buy fault. Just one of those Lemons you can get from time to time. They sent Jonathan to our Home from the Geek Squad. We were very satisfied with his Service. Very thorough in explaining operation of our new TV. Feeling confident with the operating of our TV was his Top Priority. (They also take back the other TV that had problems). Best Buy is the place to buy any Electronics because of their Sales People and the Geek Squad, they are all very well trained.

They told the truth when a thing happened they gave us a new one.

I got this tv as a result oh my geek squad protection on my LG tv. I have bought the protection in the past and they stand by the agreement 100%

Haven't had to use it yet, but have never had an issue with warranty plans from Best Buy!

First I bought a top-of-the-line LG TV and I didn’t get a warranty because I didn’t think I would need it with a beautiful TV as that. sure enough 11 months into the TV the back light tube went out. And it would’ve costed more to fix than it would be to buy a new one so I bought a new TV this time I paid $80 for five year warranty which I thought was stupid for doing until 4 years later when the TV broke and thank god I got that $80 Warranty cuz it saved my but. so if you’re going to spend all that money on a nice TV I can promise u it’s well worth every extra penny to get a warranty. Even if just for peace of mind alone
