I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.

Television has an awesome picture and the functionality of the Roku platform is seamless. The image is crystal clear and the sound works great.

They are awesome ! Took my iPhone in there and they fixed it. I was having trouble with reception in my house. !! They put it on wifi calling.

I have not used the Geek Squad for the TV , I am relieved to know they are a call away. I did use the Geek Squad for my computer an its was SUPER easy and fast!

Worth having it, and you can get a pro-rated refund if you don’t need it anymore.

The guys were great!! I do have a question I forgot to ask. Can the solar remote be replaced with a battery remote? 2. Can I buy a solar remote that is bigger? Would appreciate if Matt or Jaime could answer those questions.

Bought a tv with the extended warranty. A yeast later, the TV had an issue ans instaad of fixed, we opted for the gift card and we upgraded.

I was helped with all needed, they were very knowledgable and helpful in my situation, they also went way beyond the call of duty

Had to get a new tv after the other one died in less than 2 years. The installers called first, arrived on time and were very efficient. They worked well in my home. Spent time explaining all features. Synced the tv with my sound system and fire stick. AND they cleaned up after themselves. Great experience all around.

So that we always feel comfortable with a purchase from Best Buy, we always use the Geek Squad
