    Always comes thru and perfect support because last year I had a problem with my 60" TV and they ordered the replacement screen at no cost - otherwise it would have been over $1200! Another problem a year later - and because of the on going problems - they stuck by their service and gave me full replacement cost I got the 65" same TV on sale for same as I got the 60" last year! Always on time and polite and explaining everything.

    I signed on because their terms were good and I will have piece of mind. Nothing is predictable witha new product. I haven't had any issue so far but they sent an email to check on the product.

    Super sweet 5yrs protection for my new SmartTv. It’s so worth it. My smart tv broke after 4 yrs and it was too expensive to fix. It was like over 200$ to fix an old tv. No more issues with this protection for at least 5 yrs. Yes!! Always purchase the extra warranty

    Geek Squad for flat screen TV

    Purchased Geek Squad fixed my flat screen TV. There was a problem which was fixed for free by Geek Squad. Took multiple visits but TV did work between visits just with some features not working.

    I have always added extra protection on my televisions, but never had to use it. Just in case. I wish I had it on my gifted Hisense television.

    I have had TV's have an issue after mfg. warranties end. So, by purchasing the extended warranty thru Geek Squad on a few occasions have save myself from buying an entire new tv. In fact, one-time parts were unavailable, and they gave me a card to buy a new tv.

    I purchased this extended warranty because it covers parts and labor as well as in home repair. Even covers damage from lightning! One repair in the five year coverage and it will pay for itself.

    I had a TCL TV that needed service done and ended having to get a replacement. I'm so glad I had the protection plan, they replaced my TV with a new one, which was a newer model. The one "downfall" is they give you credit for the current value of the TV instead of the price one paid for the product. Besides that the service was excellent and very professional.

    Never had issues with the Geek Squad. So far they have done the right thing for the electronics purchased at BestBuy

    I've been buying products at Best Buy since 2006 from laptops...to tablets....Cameras... to TV and Ring home security cameras...Their protection plan is the only one I buy for products bc when something doesnt work they Fix it right away and can bring some items to store like tablets or laptops...while at other stores all items need to be shipped out for fixing

    My TV was poorly packaged and arrived broken and cracked. One call to the Geek Squad and arrangements were made for it to be picked up and returned for a full refund on the TV and 5 year protection plan.

    very helpful in helping to exchange item. Only drawback was it was not volunteered to set up equipment weather it would be free or at an added cost and I did not think to ask as prior television was set up by delivery personnel.
