Haven’t needed the Geek Squad for this particular item as of yet because I’ve only had it for a month but in the past Geek Squad was worth it so I purchased it

A great product to have no matter what items you’re purchasing and make sure everything and please recommend to family and friends on their products when they purchase

A must add on with new equipment. Even if you don’t even use it, it’s worth it for the peace of mind.

best plan you can buy. Trust me with the way electonics are made now with their useful shelf lives, its best to have extra protection. you will need it

When I purchased an expensive TV I ended up purchasing this as well I’m so happy I did not have any problems with the TV and when I ended up going to sell it I almost got all my money back this is one of the things that she definitely need to have just in case

Usable and easy to apply it to get the help that you need. Just remember that it is concurrent with a manufacturer warranty.

I have purchased this for four 55" TV's in the last eight years. And have used it twice. If they can't fix it. They will let you pick a replacement of equal or greater value on any brand. Of course, you pay the difference on any upgrade.

Haven't needed yet and hope I don't! But I learned my lesson to have it on standby.

Crucial for any large purchase a Best buy. Always worth it to put protection on your item.

When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

Very professional, newer TV (1 year old) pixels started showing lines vertically on TV screen. Squad determined that it was a manufacturer issue and gave me a credit for the valuation of TV..No hassle, highly recommend.

I purchased the extended warranty as I’m single and know nothing about electronics. I consider it an insurance policy on my mental health!

I have been a believer in having this extra protection. I have had to use the warranty to replace a tv in the past. There was no hesitation on the part of Best Buy to honor the warranty even close to the end date. You should definitely purchase this protection. I intend to go with the five-year warranty in the future.

I realize that this review is for a protection plan. But here you go. In the past when I've had to use my protection plan, I was always happy that I had it. Other companies offer protection plans but there is always the "fine print". Not here . Best Buy is Awesome with customer service and honoring this plan. Hassle-free. Buy it... just in case. you never know when you might need it.
