Haven’t had to use it yet but have had geek Squad service several times in the past year and frankly, where I am, they’ve been so good that I always try to purchase through Best Buy.

I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! Thank you Best Buy!!!

Highly recommend the Geek Squad warranty. Manufacture warranties don't last long and you gotta ship them out. Totally regretted not getting it for my monitor, but got it for most other items. Have used it and they make it easy for a Repair/Replacement

I like to purchase the GS service along with the items I buy at Best buy just in case...and I have used them.

This 2 year protection plan came in handy once my tv stopped working almost 2 years to the purchase date. Geek Squad mailed it out to be diagnosed and within 2 days I received an email that my device would be replaced. I went in and was given a gift card.

TVs aren't lasting as long as they used to. Sometimes less than a year before they develop a critical issue. This takes the worry and hassle out of getting it repaired or replaced.

Includes burn in protection, 5 years is great for early oled tech that still have a small risk of burn in. I’ll be fully utilizing this if any burn in or dead pixels arise.

Highly recommended, love knowing I don't have to worry about expensive repairs. Take it back, get a new one!

My tv was mounted and installed by two of the most intelligent agents they could have sent my way. I felt very comfortable having them to work in my home. The patient they had explaining the ups and downs of have to maneuver through the channels was a plus.

Geek Squad protection is always a plus. Had an incident from the past. A defect appeared months after ownership-Item was replaced with no hassle. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind what they sell!

Well worth the extra protection. My TV went out after 3 years and 5 days; I thought I only had a 3-year service contract but found out I had a 5-year. Replaced and reinstalled a new TV without any hassle.
