Not only do we all want warranty on our stuff but who better to take care of my electronics then Geek squad. I’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t solved and if it got to the point where it could not be solved it was replaced no questions asked

I had the Geek Squad protection for several years and only had to call on them 2-3 times. They were efficient and straightened out the issues over the phone and through my computer. It was nice to have someone who knew how to fix the issues without having to take my computer to the store.

I was able to get my tv worked on quickly and effortlessly at my request. The moment they realized it couldn’t be fixed I was quickly given the option to replace my tv and buy another protection plan for the new one. Everything was in a timely fashion and made to be quick and painless

For approx. $20, you are fully covered just in case there are problems with the Geek Squad......

LG has great picture and value. Was worth the short wait on black friday.

I haven’t had any problems with my tv, thankfully. But I’m glad I have this just in case.

Geek Squad is exceptional!!! I purchase Geek Squad with all my major purchases. I would say purchase total support it saves almost have on most Geek Squad purchases which totally pays for itself if you require Geek Squad services.

I always buy an extended protection warranty and Best Buy always honors it when warranted

I have a toddler that is way to curious for her own good. This was needed.

I had a Samsung 32” tv that died after 2 years. Such a disappointment. So I bought a 32” Toshiba smart tv and purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price.

I haven’t had to use it yet and hopefully never need to.

I have not actually had to use the geek squad, but they have answered many questions for me and were very knowledgeable when I am in the store trying to purchase what I need. I feel I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when I need them

Geek squad has been great when we've had issues in the past.

It's nice having a 5 year warranty on a Smart TV. You never know what can happen during that time. It's very easy for a pixel to burn out and ruin the TV experience. I always buy warranties on electronics.

I’m glad about the Best Buy’s Geek squad; 2 -year protection plan, for my new Samsung TV. The comfort of knowing that my 58- inch 4K HDL will be taken care of completely and in capable capable hands of the Geek squad technicians.

I bought this to install my laptop hard drive. It made it easy they transferred the system from the old one and did all the installations. Something came loose 6 months the after I brought the laptop back in they fixed it with no charge. I'm a welder and a mechanic i do not work on PC anything this coverage was worth every penny
