Always good to get a 5 year because you never know what will happen even with the best of brands. I am glad Best Buy offers a 5 year warranty and a small price to pay in case anything goes wrong.

Nice having the piece of mind that Best Buy stands behind the products hat they sell. Haven't had to use them yet, and hope I don't have too!

This TV was purchased for another individual. Buying the 5-year plan was a no-brainer given the value.

Wasn't going to purchase at first but the employee told me the benefits and it wasn't expensive and worth the ease of mind. Hopefully i wont need to use it though

When I purchase one of these, I can really relax and not have to worry about issues because Geek Squad got me covered like an umbrella! ;-)

I’ve used their service with every purchase I’ve made. Would not make a purchase worth establishing Geek Squad protection plan.

I’ve never used this service before but I bought this knowing it gives me security in the event one of my kids throws another toy at a very expensive tv.

They came out and set up my computer within 45 minutes. They transferred everything from my old computer to my new one.

2 yrs ago, I bought a 65 in Westinghouse and did not get the geek squad. The set had all sorts of problems. It was supposed to have in home warranty but Westinghouse wouldn’t honor it. I did not purchase the geek squad for that set so this time i am not taking any chances

I had to protect my new purchase and I was told to get the geek squad and it was one of the best decisions I made so that I can protect my item

We have used the Geek Squad for multiple computer fixes. Whether it was to tune up a computer, remove viruses, fix any big or small problems with knowledge.

I haven’t had to use the service, but I’m glad I have it. I recommend extended warranties for most electronic products purchased.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT IT. WORTH EVERY PENNY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PRODUCT! PERIOD. A very good investment, cheap, and hope you don't need it.

They've taken care of my computers and the one I bought from Best Buy. Everything works great and if at top speeds.
