We had some kind of error message and I called Geek Squad and they came out, repaired it free of charge and showed me how to do what they did in the future.

So far geek squad has been very helpful with all my purchases. Best Buy’s automated phone tree experience could definitely be improved but when I finally get a person they are always well informed and helpful.

Bought the protection to cover my investment! Haven’t had to use it! Hope it stays that way! Have had Samsung for years and never ANY service calls!

We bought the Best Buy 5-year Warranty for our 55" Sony TV as an insurance policy. Although the warranty document doesn't state this fact, the warranty begins the day you purchase it.... much easier than dealing with Sony.

I always purchase the warranties from Best buy. They are the easiest to use when needed.

If you are going to spend big money on a TV get the 5 year warranty. it's worth it.

I never used geek squad, but when I had questions they always knew how to answer, my things never got damaged so I didn’t use it but great people.
