Doesn't matter what the issue is, Best Buy is always there to fix it or replace the item. I got this with my mom's Samsung TV and there was a dark cloud spot on the screen. Samsung refused to fix it it. They said it was "tolerable for them." I called Best Buy and emailed them the pictures. They told me to bring the TV in and they exchanged it.

Got our tv replaced for free 4 years after we bought it. The backlights went out. Setup an appointment. Technician came out and made the replacement super simple.

Wouldn't buy a product without protection and I know it will be worth it if something goes wrong

My sister bought this tv and she bought a protection plan, she had no probloms with the tv but one time when she needed help they helped her with no hasstle

Worth every penny. I had an HDMI port go bad in my LG C1 they came to the house replaced the entire board within 30 minutes and did not cost me anything extra. The service guys were excellent and friendly. Highly recommend when making expensive purchases.

Agents came in assessed my TV and because it was under created a ticket to have it exchanged for a working and newer set. I purched an extended warranty for the new TV as well. It is a financial lode saver.

I always get the geek squad protection plan. It was a breeze submitting a claim 2 WEEKS before it expired. Geek squad attempted to repair my tv and when they couldn’t I was given store credit to purchase a new ones no questions asked.

I’ve been shopping for my electronics at Best Buy for longer than I can remember. I love the Geek Squad and I love the protection plans. Unfortunately I’ve had to use the plans over the years and I’ve never been disappointed in the repairs or replacements.

Great value if you can’t afford to replace the tv. I’ve never had to use geek squad. The policy goes into effect after one year of purchase. Sometimes dealing with Sony or lg isn’t the best experience. Depending on how big your tv is you might value the in home service.

We needed a TV fast for New Years so we looked for Open bix desls at the store. The price was great. But I have been super pleased with the picture quality snd ease of use. Hooking up DirecTv was a breeze and I hooked up blue ray, Vcr, Atari 2600, nintendo64 and a multiple game player (Nes,sega,sense, all work great! I love the smart tv menu LG uses its very user friendly. And extras like channel plus, amszon hulu etc are great. it has the ability to wirelessly connect to your phone. Wireless network setup was a breeze. I would recommend this TV

This is a very valuable warranty for five years after original warranty

Geek Squad, need I say more? Excellent cover to have should the worst happen and a must for all the electronice here in this house. If we buy anything new, it will always be bought with a Geek Squad Protection Plan.

Having used on my newest purchase but hey I got 5 years, I used the geek service before never had an issue.

Here’s the thing with geek squad protection. They will take care of you. Fix or exchange. Easy for me every time I’ve had an issue
