Have not had to call them yet but have heard great things that they do go above and beyond to help so that's reassuring.

So far so good! Have not had to use but, will work great, have bought other plans they work and save you headaches in the long run.

I paid approx. $93 for this 5 yr warranty which was well worth the peace of mind I have knowing any glitch will be fixed by Best Buy.

Usually Geek Squad offers the best deal and service for larger home purchases. I've used for washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave. Geek squad treats me well.

I always buy the extended Geek Squad Protection policy with large priced items. Have always been satisfied.

Always buy a warranty with the longest term you can get with todays electronics.

I went ahead and purchased this extra 2 year protection plan as I do on certain items I purchase at Best Buy. They will fix or replace with no questions asked. Better safe then sorry.

Best warranties on the market hands down! I go out of my way to buy best buy products just because of their warranties!

Have to have the geek squad protection just in case. I have had to use them a couple times. Hopefully wont need to use this one.

Like always a good product especially if it's being purchased with a product that can break easily withing the time it will be used.

I highly recommend getting protection on all electronics especially TV’s the Geek Squad has been out for my TV on three different occasions and the tv is less than a year old. They been great to work with! Can’t say much for the Samsung tv tho!
