Bought the 5 year warranty when I purchased my 40" UHD TV. For some reason, there developed a problem with the TV. I took it to the Geek squad, and they shipped it to Atlanta for repairs. One week later, it was returned, working flawlessly! Best insurance I could have bought!

Havent had to use it. But i will find out because the picture on the TV is cutting out and i may need ro use this warranty.

Always buy the longest protection plan they have. If your TV gives you any problem they will replace harass free if they can't fix it.

Definitely worth getting the extended warranty, especially if you have little kids

TV has some wobbly frames that needed to be repaired. But other than that it's perfect

I would not purchase anything from Best Buy without getting their Geek Squad, Total Tech. They have always stood behind everything i have bought.

Absolutely great warranty/protection plan for the money. You get five years of coverage on this TV and some peace of mind so you don’t have to worry after making such a sizable purchase Best Buy always has your back!!!

I will not purchase any other protection plan other than this. With geek squad I can enjoy my purchases.

2 year protection, hopefully I won't need it. I guess we'll see how good it is if we have to try to use it.

Degree squad is wonderful just in case if any accidental accident happened. I know that I am cover.

I have not purchased the protection in the past and regret not doing it. I purchased it this time because I had got it for another product and I liked how they applied it and gave me a new product as they were not able to fix it.

Bought my first qd oled from Best Buy and wanted to have confidence about the tv. The 5 year warrabnty is a bargain for Oled tvs.

I have used geek squad in the past and their service has been consistently great as always for many, many years.

Who,are you going to call after the manufacturer warranty ends? Best Buy Geek Squad, that’s who. They are the best and will be there when/if needed.

This is Excellent service I sat back, and they did every thing and programmed tv it was all ready to go.
