Geek squad is by far a superior service for large electronic and appliance purchases.

If you buy anything of value from Best Buy their warranties are great and so easy if you need to use them.

Installed myself but protection program is affordable and easy to use if needed.

Needed service. The came quickly They honor their service plans. Always buy the protection plans. Worth the money .

I haven't used this protection plan (and hope not to have to) but it's good to know that Best Buy Geek Squad will come if I need them.

I thought this was a good idea to purchase to extend the warranty. A previous tv that I purchased stopped working right after the warranty was over.

No matter how big or small the issue, they are there to resolve it. They have gone out of their way on the päst and I am sure they will continue to do so.

Whenever I buy higher end items, I always get a service plan. Have one on my 50"and has come in handy more than once.

The service department was good to work with and they went out of their way to get things going for me during the holidays...although I didn't get the TV until 12/28!

We always purchase a Geek Squad protection plan on our electronics. Have only had to use it once.

I have used Geek Squad twice...both times they were very up front and helpful. They explained what they could do and the value added...very satisfied.

Needed to make sure to have protection on the device I purchased and can't beat Geek Squad protection!
