Don’t know if this is good or not, haven’t needed to use it much

Purchase the Geek Squad protection service as an insurance policy for my 75" TV... just in case something would go wrong as it's mounted on my den wall. There is nothing like having insurance when buying a extra large TV that's mounter of the wall.

The Geek Squad arrived on time and connected all of my components after installing my TV on the wall . They also took the time to answer all of my questions about my new Tv. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks Geek Squad.

So worth the money! Got a new TV comparable when the picture went dead on a model purchased two years ago. A. It difficult to cash in on during COVID and geek squad staff working remotely but in the end came away with a brand new TV!

When I purchased a new computer for myself, I also bought one for my mom, who lives 700 miles away. I purchased the geek squad access for our computers, and when my mom has needed some help, I don't have to try to talk her through it over the phone - she can take her computer to her local best buy!

I always buy an extended protection warranty and Best Buy always honors it when warranted

I hope I never have to use it but if I do Geek Squad is good.

Great graphics for The price. Its also nice how they have the quick pick options for a few apps on the remote

I’m glad to be able to get this 5-year warranty. My last tv only lasted about 5 years. The back lights went out. Better off buying a new tv.
