Far superior to Home Depot in ease of use and Customer Service. I've purchased 2 TV's, a sound bar, a Microwave Oven and a Dishwasher in the last 12 months and there Geek Squad response times are outstanding!

Always feel safe. There is absolutely no substitute for being responsible. But accidents do happen, even with the best of us.

This tv works great and has a clear picture, I bought it for my brother and he is very happy with it.

I read the list of coverage and decided to purchase the 5 year plan to cover my 60" television. If it fails, the plan will repair it. Looks like good insurance against an unexpected failure just in case. I always keep my products in good condition and for long periods of time.

Have had bad luck with TVs in the past so I felt I needed this coverage. Too soon to know if it will be worth having.

My suggestion is to always always get the protection plan

Protection plan is always great especially through Greek squad. Covers everything

I know so mean products last a long time, but it doesn't hurt to have them covered.

I won't buy anything from best buy without this amazing service

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

so if u need to return your tv after 1 year and u have a 5 year warranty u loose 4 years of it because u have to buy a new warranty for the new tv they give u. my advise is to get a 2 year warranty and just renew it 3 months before just incase its breaks sooner than later

Always great to have because I have a hyperactive dog who’s always jumping around and can break my tv
