I haven't use my warranty yet and hopefully i don't have to.

Used in the past and pretty straightforward service, they stand by their commitment to fixing your product.

I like the option of having coverage that if something goes wrong someone will come out to repair it.

This is a great TV. The delivery went perfectly as well. I am completely happy with Geek Squad and Best Buy.

Absolutely great warranty/protection plan for the money. You get five years of coverage on this TV and some peace of mind so you don’t have to worry after making such a sizable purchase Best Buy always has your back!!!

I love that geek squad helps with everything and if you aren’t satisfied with your situation or product they will make their best to make it better.

Added the protection while purchasing new tv. Hopefully will not be needed. Have had bad experiences with 2 tvs in the past 5 years, thus the added protection.

If they cover like the last warranty plan, I'll be happy (if I need it)

This was a really good buy for my grandkids. It was the perfect item for their convenience. I have purchased others and recommended this it to others.

I would not purchase anything from Best Buy without getting their Geek Squad, Total Tech. They have always stood behind everything i have bought.

I will prefer this service for all advantages in case of something happen. The cost/benefits is excellent.

I have not purchased the protection in the past and regret not doing it. I purchased it this time because I had got it for another product and I liked how they applied it and gave me a new product as they were not able to fix it.

I had a 55" LG and a 2 year extended repair or replacement plan that I thought that I would not need, 18 months into it and the LG went south. They sent the Geek Squad out did an assessment and replaced the LG and no charge, so I upgraded in size and purchase a 5 year plan.
