We never purchase electronic products without the additional warranities. Best Buy has never given us any problem with returns or issues with the product, when warranted.

I have had bad luck with smaller flat screen TVs (that lasted only 2-3 years) so I decided it was worth getting. If the TV becomes unusable, they will repair or replace it.

After purchasing a fairly expensive TV, the extra $$ spent for the Geek Squad protection package gives you peace of mind in case something does go wrong with your purchase.

Would be without it. I could do the work myself but seeing them doing it, amazing! They did things I can’t even describe.

Haven’t used the Protection Plan. But it was in my Best Interest to have this Plan never know what may happen and It’s a Good Plan that Covers some “MAJOR” Problems.

Geek squad is the best John my geek squad agent is always early and provides great suggestions to get maximum service

Purchased tv in 2015, purchased Geek squad warranty then. Had issue with it GS came out and issued credit for full purchase price.

Great deal for electronics. Recommended for more fragile gear.

Can't beat this value. The customer service Best Buy provides is great and the help they provide is also class S tier.

I will never buy a tv without a warranty, I made that mistake and after 3 years it isn't working so to me it a no brainer for a OLED.

Sometimes you just want that little extra protection.
