Bought this for my printer. When my printer quit working, Geek squad assessed it and gave me a brand new one. I was back in business the same day!

I decided to buy extra protection for my tv and chose the 2 year warranty. I figured buying a floor model it was worth it for the extra protection and I wasn’t wrong. I was having issues with the smart tv connecting to WiFi and simply scheduled an appointment and dropped it off for repair. The turn around was great and the best thing is that there was no cost to me.

Had a burn spot in my tv and they couldn't fix it so gave me full credit amount to buy new T.V. no hassle will always buy this plan from them because of how professional they were with helping us and honoring what they said

excellent choice I always get protection It really comes in handy.

I love the laptop, like to keep them as long as possible, and this seemed prudent. I mean, I really like the laptop (Samsung Book2 360 13" screen).

Just for the overall piece of mind I would implore people to buy the extended warranty on ALL major electronics purchases! You have such a great knowable staff with the Geek Squad just waiting to help you in all aspects of your life with such product! It has been a lifesaver to this family of mine in the past which is why we always buy the coverage!

Geek squad protection is a must. So worth the money. I get it on almost everything I buy from bestbuy. Expensive tv and xbox remote broke.80 bucks was alot cheaper than having to buy new one.

Worth the value. Easy add on to purchase. Have used Geek Squad for previous purchases and they are great to work with.

Never had issues with the Geek Squad. So far they have done the right thing for the electronics purchased at BestBuy

I always believe in purchasing extended warranty on expensive items and this TCL 65" Q TV was no exception. In the past whenever I had problems with my other TV's, etc. the Geek Squad was right there to make things right saving me a lot more $ than the Best Buy protection cost. It really is a good investment.

Geek Squad was accommodating in that they replaced my 5 year warranty that was purchased in April of 2017 and gave me a new one that started with my new TV purchased October 2020, they had to replace since my old tv that I purchased in April 2017 was damaged when it was sent to be repaired by Geek Squad.

This warranty set my mind at ease when I made my purchase, because I was able to enjoy my purchase without any worries if something were to go wrong.

Excellent service, protection plan, and a professional crew.

I had to use this with my last TV, so I will be purchasing these going forward when I buy a new TV
