I have not had to use Geek Squad for my product, but it is nice know that it is there if I need it!

I took this warranty but havent had to use it yet bc installed the TV ourselves

Happy so far especially because not had to use it! But I'm very please to have good value for extended coverage if need down the road.

Since this is our very first time purchasing a flat screen TV, I was a little worried about the possibility of future repairs. We are on a tight budget and could not afford costly repairs! The Standard 5 Year Geek Warranty is EXACTLY what we need to take the worry completely away! The home repair is an added bonus!!

This is something not 100% needed for qualifying purchases, but if you really want to protect and guarantee the qualifying product, I'd highly recommend you buy it.

Protection prices went up, but I was locked in at the old price. I have never had to use the protection plan so I can't make a fair assessment.

Finally peace of mind warranty. 5 year warranty ..nice.

I skipped the protection package on 2 TVs. Immediately after the warranty, both TVs went out.... Never skip GS protection again!

This always seems to come in handy so always make sure you get this for you electronics.

Invested hundreds of dollars to get this tv. For a few dollars more, I’m protecting my tv in case of future issues.

Buying new technology seems to come with some risk and a $2500 TV is not something I was willing to risk. The extended warranty gives me piece of mind knowing that if something breaks, Best Buy will take care of it for me.

They where very polite and they walked me through the whole process of getting my tv diagnosed and rectifying the problem Thanks Geek Squad

I have had things break, stop working, and even get so hot, it smoked..lol.. Yes, I totalled out a vacume cleaner lol.. They stood up to warranty and replaced my items..

they are always great on the phone when I call them

Greek service is very good. I would definitely recommend getting a warranty of all your purchases

You never know when you will need a replacement but when you do it is such a relief to use the repacement plan. I've had to use them once or twice and they work great. No hassle highly recommend on anything you buy.
