This program really works. My tv went out and it was replaced.

They are amazing at assisting things over the phone or in person always reliable and most the time finds the solution relatively quick

I bought a tv somewhere else without a Warranty and after the year went by it started to mess up, now I get it all the time. Bestbuy makes it easier to get a replacement.

A nice addition with the standard manufacturer warranty. Decent price point of plans. A definite plus that supplies a peace of mind.

Great has taken care of several computers and phones but noty 40 inch tv.

With technology it is always a good idea to be prepared for if something goes wrong I would rather have and never use it because if you don't get with the purchase you can't get it later

Never buy anything without the warranty anymore. The piece of mind that if something breaks I can just bring it in and get a new product.

The reason I shop at Best Buy is the protection plans. I have never had any problems with a return and coverage.

My son hooked up the tv on the entertainment center, nobody from Best Buy helped , the delivery guy was not around
