the came out quick to fix my tv, when they didnt have the parts I got a refund to buy a new tv

The agents from the geek squad did an excellent job of installing our new TV and connecting to our other devices.

Thay were easy to work very organized and knew what thay were doing very neat that were in and out for about 2hours max

Always get the Geek Squad protection and well worth it. They do a wonderful job with any questions. Never needed to use them with the Samsung which is just fine with me.

Haven't had to used it yet -- Hope not to need it either

I always try to get the extra protection because I’ve had to use it and having something fixed cost more now a days just for parts than having to buy a new one
