    We bought a 5-year "protection plan" when we bought our new Samsung top of the line dishwasher. It almost immediately stopped working. We had repair people out around 14 times and it was "unfixable." GEEK SQUAD told us that they had recently changed their policy about replacing a "lemon" product. Now you have to have three service calls FOR THE SAME PART in a 30-day period (which is near impossible). We had virtually EVERYTHING replaced one at a time and it never worked (constantly LEAKED), but the "fixes" were not all within the specified time period so they would NOT replace the unit. We have been without a working dishwasher for the better part of FOURTEEN MONTHS.
