The Geek Squad gentleman were polite, cordial and efficient. They made sure the the installation was very secure and level. They took time to clean it and to demonstrate the buttons to me. I would use these gentleman again with no hesitation!

Had this for 3 yrs now and we never had a single problem with it. I dont usually use the tablet screen but the kids loves playing with it. We play music and use it for Ring. Great stuff.

Appliances always seem to breakdown after some extended time of use. I bought this to ensure that my dishwasher had a repair option just in case it broke after the manufacturer warranty. I recommend geek squad for all new appliances.

Even though this microwave came with a 2 year warranty it was worth adding additional warranties to the way all products are built these days.

Wouldn't be without this warranty. Saved me money in the long run, would have had to buy or repair 2 yr old microwave panel and would have been very expensive. Was installed quickly. once issue was settled that item was too expensive to repair.

Even though this microwave came with a two year warranty, It was worth adding an extended warranty due to the way all these products arebuild

This is a pretty good refrigerator. The water leaks a little bit out of the freezer daily there’s no work around for what you have to put it on underneath the drip and the refrigerator is a bit small.

Please and again please don’t buy Samsung dishwasher it’s been only 3 months since I purchased and called the tech support 2 times already it doesn't clean at all and smells so badly inside the dishwasher I promise you I never ever put dirty dishes I rins and clean them before I put in the dishwasher and comes out wet not dried water spouts all over I use the best dishwasher cleaner

Love all extra compartments. Just have a problem w/ the closing of left hand door. Have to close it first other it will not close properly or all the way

Haven’t had to use the warranty service yet, but I would think that Best Buy provides quality service.
