Love the simplicity of this frig. The only thing I am not crazy about is that the ice cube shoot gets jammed and we need to remove and empty the ice container and use a hairdryer to melt the frozen surrounding ice in the shoot.

I'm a bit upset with the Geek Squad Protection. It's good for some items, but not others. It didn't cover my TV for accident protection when my small kid threw something in the house and hit and shattered the $500 55 inch TV. But it covers accident protection on laptops, which are much more expensive??? Probably most useful for appliances, where they fail from defects in a shorter amount of time.

Premeasured for my appliances and discussed all aspects of installation. I comfort to know we have the coverage. Previous home plans at other stores never lived up to their warranty so this is a comfort.

Im glad i bought a warranty. Cause if anything goes wring with my dishwasher i have the geek squad to call.

I was happy to purchase this protection plan. Usually, I'm not too keen on spending any extra money on an extended "warranty", but for $20/year, it's well worth it. Plumbers are expensive and that's who you would have to call if anything went wrong. It covers everything except theft.

My Open boxed microwave died within a month or so or getting it. Geek squad came out, determined it needed a new panel. They returned with a new one a week or so later. They did not reinstall the microwave properly, causing a large dent in the top and now the whole Micrwave is falling apart. Due to COVID, no one is coming in to fix it. I'm afraid it's going to fall and crash into my new stove (which I bought from Best Buy as well). No answer from management regarding this issue. I also can't upload the photos showing the damage that is happening. Your site won't let it upload them. I'm not answering the recommendation section because it could be this one time. I'd like to see it rectified.

My family lovesthis. We can watvh movies, tv showes, and listen to music all while cooking.

Geek Squad delivered my frig and set it all up and have the extended warranty which is a given now day's the way things are made, I know to many that didn't do it and spent half of what they paid to get it fixed.

Thank god i purchased this extended warranty as we have needed it 3 or 4 times in the almost 5 years we have owned the appliance. Stay away from Samsung.

They were very fast in coming when I had trouble with my dishwasher. They also helped me get a new one when we could not get parts.

I didn't purchase the warranty on the first stove and when the ceramic top was accidentally damaged putting in a hood; the cost of the repair was only $100 less than the cost of a new stove. We opted for a new stove, but if I had purchased this, the repair would have been covered.

With the way modern appliance could have anything go wrong due to packing so much “convenience” in technology, we figured might as well get extended coverage for such an expensive dishwasher.

The refrigerator is the perfect size for our home. The internal water dispenser is a dream come true. My only complaint is that the thermostat does not always light up properly. If I wasn't having this issue I would have given it a 5.

This appliance is for a rental property We always make it a habit to purchase extended protection for all appliances in rental properties, as it makes life easier for us and for our tenants too.
